Glenn Hill – Director
Glenn has been working in the Building Services industry for over 20 years, primarily as an HVAC design engineer but with extensive experience in commissioning of building services systems. Glenn is a member of IRHACE, is a registered IQP and has undertaken the building services design for projects ranging from Hotels and Museums, to Hospitals and Dairy Factories. Recent projects include HVAC and Hydraulic design for Natural History New Zealand Relocation, Otago Polytechnic Creative Precinct, Allpress Café & Roastery & the Greenstar Rated Department of Conservation Cavell's Project in Queenstown along with numerous projects for the Southern District Health Board & the Otago University. All enquiries for HVAC or plumbing / piped services design should be directed to Glenn.

AirComm Commissioning Services Ltd was formed in 2008. Bryan is involved in the commissioning of HVAC systems and the preparation of operating and maintenance documentation. Recent commissioning projects include University of Otago Psychology and Science buildings, Forsyth Barr Stadium, Mercy Hospital Redevelopment, Milburn Prison among many others. All commissioning, manual and as built plan enquiries should be directed to Bryan.
